Assembly Team Leader (m/f)
We are seeking an Assembly Team Leader to join our company, which focuses on developing and manufacturing automated systems and robotic production lines.
Main tasks and responsibilities:- Assembling mechanical components of automated and robotic systems according to technical documentation
- Installation of pneumatic elements, drives, grippers, linear guides, and robotic cells
- Preparation of parts and basic processing (cutting, drilling, grinding)
- Managing, organizing, coordinating, and aligning assembly work in the field
- Leading, motivating, and encouraging co-workers in the field
- Collaboration with the technical department
- Planning the necessary resources and materials for assembly
- Quality control of assembly work (compliance with technical, technological, and production documentation, as well as with the quality system)
- Supervision of the use of protective equipment in the field
- Handling complaints in the field
- Preparation of interim and final reports on the status of assembly work and reporting to the workshop manager
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Performing other tasks in accordance with the needs of the employer
- Working hours: full-time
- More than 1 year of experience in comparable positions
- University or secondary school education in mechanical or mechatronic engineering
- Experience in leadership
- Experience in the assembly of machine devices or systems (candidates with experience in automation and robotics are preferred)
- Good understanding of technical documentation (machine drawings, assemblies)
- Accuracy, independence, and reliability
- Flexibility and a responsible attitude towards work
- Category B driving license
- Desired: basic knowledge of electrical engineering (connection of motors, sensors, understanding of electrical diagrams)
- Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
- Work in an open, team-oriented, and well-organized working environment

ASSEMBLER – machine assembly (m/f)
What will be your task?
- Assembling mechanical components of automated and robotic systems according to technical documentation
- Installation of pneumatic elements, drives, grippers, linear guides, and robotic cells
- Preparation of parts and basic processing (cutting, drilling, grinding)
- Coordination with the design and electrical engineering department
- Performing basic functional tests on assembled mechanical assemblies
- Participation in the assembly of equipment at the customer’s location
What do we expect from you?
- Completed vocational or secondary school education in mechanical or mechatronic engineering
- Experience in the assembly of machine devices or systems (candidates with experience in automation or robotics are preferred)
- Good understanding of technical documentation (machine drawings, assemblies)
- Accuracy, independence, and reliability at work
- Flexibility and a responsible attitude towards work
- Category B driving license
- Desired: basic knowledge of electrical engineering (connection of motors, sensors, basic understanding of electrical diagrams)
