Mbase & MTray

MTray allows handling of up to 7 trays simultaneously, which means longer autonomy of the robotic cell and a significant increase in the productivity of the production process.
In combination with MBase, which is equipped with a universal combination gripper (load capacity up to 16 kg, reach up to 1300 mm), the system achieves the highest level of efficiency. This perfect synergy ensures fast and automated packaging of products after mechanical processing.

Automatic parts storage
With the development of a robotic cell for a CNC machining center, we present an innovative storage system with 7 drawers, which significantly increases the autonomy and efficiency of the process.
The robot automatically picks up the parts from the storage unit, feeds them into the machining center, and returns them after machining. When the trays are full of machined parts, they are automatically replaced, ensuring smooth operation with minimal human intervention.
BinPicking
BinPicking is a universal system that uses artificial intelligence for independent learning and picking of arbitrary shapes. Our reconfigurable gripper enables both vacuum and magnetic picking, providing greater flexibility in application. The system also detects irregularities on the crate and adjusts its movement to ensure safe and seamless operation.
